• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You acknowledge that NullChat is a Peer-to-Peer (P2P) service; we do not store chat logs.
• You agree not to use the service for illegal activities.

2. Privacy Policy (Google Ads Compliance)

Your privacy is critical. Here is how we handle data:

A. Data Collection

GhostChat does not store personal messages on any server. Messages are encrypted and transmitted directly between users (P2P).

B. Advertising Cookies

Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to your users based on their visit to your sites and/or other sites on the Internet.

Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Ads Settings.

C. Log Data

We may collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service ("Log Data"). This includes your IP address (for connection signaling only), browser type, and timestamp.
